newforms documentation - add an action attribute to <form>

There are 4 examples in the newforms documentation of html code for a form:
<form method="post"> ...bla... </form>
Reading through w3c specs (http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/interact/forms.html), an "action" attribute is required in the form element.
<form method="post" action=""> ...bla... </form>
Note: this is a low-priority fix, as most (all?) browsers seem to cope without the "action" attribute. In fact, the W3C validator (http://validator.w3.org/) does not flag the absense of an "action" as a problem.
