I'm getting a msgfmt error with this translation file:
/Users/rkm/projects/django/hg/django/conf/locale/ar/LC_MESSAGES/django.po:464: a format specification for argument 'cnt' doesn't exist in 'msgstr'
The translation also requires an update to djangojs.po.

That was because we don't use 'NONE' with Arabic for counting. Anyway, fixed and will attach the diff.
The djangojs.po file has no changes.
