It does need improvement to reflect subsequent additions to localflavor. I'll have a crack at this...

Attached is a new version of localflavor.txt, including docs for everything in localflavor as of rev 6782. I'm also attaching a patch for the existing docs files add_ons.txt, linking it to the localflavor docs.
