Description

The Swedish django.po file in django/conf/locale/sv/LC_MESSAGES/ is inaccurate.

I took the time to translate it into better Swedish, I do not guarantee that it is perfect, but it is definitely closer.

Patch needs improvement: set

Hi, it's me.

I forgot to change the Last-Translator field, so if it's going to be checked in, that has to be changed too.
