Admin action log entry types should be communicated to screen reader users
On the admin’s index/dashboard, we have a log of actions in the admin in the "Recent actions" panel. This list uses icons to convey the type of action: addition, change, deletion. Those icons are missing an alternative text so screen reader users know what type each action is.
