Description

We'll need to update the screenshots due to the new admin theme in #24444. May be best to wait until we're closer to the 1.9 release in case any tweaks are made to the theme in the meantime.

This should wait until #20597 (replace admin icon images by SVG) is resolved.

Do we need to optimise screenshots for HiDPI screens like Retina?

I don't know that it's required, but doesn't seem like it would hurt.
