Description
Django Docs has the ability to host translations, and we have a French translation hosted. However, this translation is almost invisible unless you know it exists.
A simple fix: include a top level navigation links in the sidebar.

The original ticket for documentation translations is still open: #18108.
Claude was leading the effort, so we should check with him on the status to make sure there's not more he wanted to do before we publicize it more.

Sure, I didn't want the French translation to be visible too soon, while it was still a bit experimental. Now I think it would be a good thing to create a language switcher, as we made good progress recently.
