Description
This follows #2089 and this discussion at django-i18n.
As decided, all overided styles should be in a single rtl stylesheet. Please remove :
- django/contrib/admin/media/css/base_rtl.css
- django/contrib/admin/media/css/dashboard_rtl.css
- django/contrib/admin/media/css/login_rtl.css
They'll be replaced by rtl.css which is fed from base.html.
