Where did you see this 500 page? djangoproject.org? docs.djangproject.org? code.djangoproject.org? There's a limit to how much we can do if you don't tell us how to reproduce the problem.
It would also be helpful to tell us how you generated the 500 -- ideally, you shouldn't be getting 500s at all.
