Description

At the bottom of this page ​http://code.djangoproject.com/timeline there is a rss link. I've been using this feed for a few months but yesterday it stopped working. When you click on that link you get the following error:

Ticket changes event provider (TicketModule) failed:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xe5 in position 11: unexpected end of data

Could it be due to the introduction of the spamfilter plugin?

Now there's two tickets about this problem. Closing this one to avoid duplicates.
