Description
First hit in Google for 'makemessages' (https://www.google.com/search?gcx=w&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=makemessages) brings the following page: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/i18n/localization/, which, in turn, results in "Page not found" page.

As part of the evolution fo the Django documentations, parts of it are refactored from time to time (name of files changes or the hierarchy of a section changes its file/directory layout).
Two examples from the last few weeks:
/howto/deployment/
)Until today old files weren't cleaned up up from the doc.djangoproject.com site so the old documents (with outdated possibly with redundant/contradictory information, see #17352) were still present and reachable. But today a clean up has been performed so these invalid documents aren't there anymore.
Hopefully Google and other engines will catch up soon. For example the third Google result is a right one (https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/i18n/)
