Description
There exists a typo in release notes of 1.3 alpha STATICFILES_ROOT and STATICFILES_URL should be written as STATIC_ROOT and STATIC_URL.

This is actually quite alright, since this will be fixed in the upcoming alpha-2: http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/releases/1.3-alpha-2/#introduction-of-static-url-and-static-root-settings
