Description
It can be useful to add a signal called when the cleanup management command is executed, this way any application can add his own cleanup processes that will be executed when the cleanup command is executed.

This feature request no longer makes sense since cleanup was renamed to clearsessions-- its scope never expanded beyond clearing expired sessions.
