oracle system tablespace privileges

Hello there,
When i execute python manage.py syncdb
i get the next message.
i'm using oracle database, and it has the privileges that are necessary like, create session, create table, create sequence, create procedure and create trigger. I don't know why is happening this. Thanks for you help.
