Remove "Django | " from website page titles

Description

When using the django documentation website pages I frequently have many tabs open at once. The tab titles get shortened to only include the first part of page title resulting in them all being indistinguishable: they all say "Django | XX...".

Please remove the "Django | " prefix from page titles (at least on the documentation pages!) so that the shortened names are more recognizable.

Thank you!

This (or a variant - reordering the title fields) has been asked for at least a couple of times before, see #2840 and #1380. The first one has a pointer to a script you can use (not sure if it will run as-is or will need to be updated to account for changes since it was created) to shorten titles. That's probably the best approach to take since it seems there was no consensus on the best ordering for title components the last time this was discussed.
