Conclusion of discussions on django-i18n is that we're going to switch the default translation to Cyrillic and have an sr-latin code for the Latin version (automatically transcoded from the Cyrillic).

(In [10468]) Fixed #10175 -- Changed the Serbian translation to use Cyrillic for 1.1.

Thanks Janos Guljas for the patch and the entire sr team on django-i18n
for discussion around this issue.
