Description

Trying my hand at documentation, need to edit the admonition note about using this only in development or whatever you think.

Never did get the build_documentation.py to work, so i will simply submit the text for review and will go to bed now.

I suggest not using the word 'media' in the URL, as it may conflict with the default settings for MEDIA_URL, etc. (at least it did for me).
