Description
Basically the only hit on the entire Internet for my email address was as a bug reporter here. It's easy to protect addresses from spambots; just use a Captcha, like Mailhide: http://mailhide.recaptcha.net/
(This is probably really a bug in trac, but I'm reporting it here to push things along.)

According to http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/153 this is fixed in 0.11, or at least that's the milestone and it's marked as closed. Resolving this for real might just mean updating the trac install, or setting some setting.
I can't figure out if that changeset made the latest release. If not, it's probably coming soon; I suggest stage=Someday.

I'm not going to add a captcha here; sorry.
If it's a Trac bug, report it to Trac.
