Description
I'm not up to speed on the newforms admin branch, but it would be nice if it made it ridiculously easy to add custom CSS (either as an external file or some inline <style> blocks). The current method of providing a custom base_site.html is a bit hacky.

The new Media framework introduced in [5926] should enable you to do this.
