Summary: bad link → testing docs. link to 0.95

is this just the block at the top of the page that says:

 This document is for Django's SVN release, which can be significantly different than previous releases. Get old docs here: 0.95.

Currently the SVN version and 0.96 are pretty much equivalent, but the standard blurb should be updated to reflect this. Something like this, maybe?:

This document is for Django's 0.96 and SVN versions, which can be significantly different than previous releases. Get old docs here: 0.95.
