Add Django Sprints owned tickets to quickstart docs

Description
The Sprint quickstart guide shows several places to find manageable tickets. With DjangoCon US, PyCon Korea and a PyCon near Switzerland or Germany, we started putting sprint-able tickets under the Django Sprints owner.
I suggest we add to the Methods to find tickets to include this link.

We currently have a lot of ticket poaching going on and I would be afraid that adding this list to the docs would mean the tickets get snapped up before the sprints
I think maybe they should be changed from "Django Sprints" to "easy pickings" post sprint if there are no further sprints planned
But we can discuss on the forum and experiment a bit before adding it to the docs

I suppose a reason to not do that is it makes it difficult for us to reserve tickets for sprints specifically. Though arguably we should be clearing this backlog at some point.
