search result always showing noresults

in 5.1 version the documentation site is broken ,i have oven the site for searching the documentations of models and other things like users but it shows this result in the display 0 results for models in version 5.1 and the result is different for another search user 0 results for user in version 5.1.

The website has had a few outages, perhaps that explains what you are reporting. Right now I can search and get results for 5.1 just fine:
