We should bump admin's jQuery to the latest 3.6.X release before 4.2 alpha 1 release (January, 2023).

Alex, thanks. However, you shouldn't reassign already assigned tickets. Especially, after 8 hours. Also, this ticket is targeted for January 2023, so there is no point in preparing PR 5 months earlier.
