Description
When trying to go /admin am seeing error zoneinfo._common.ZoneInfoNotFoundError: 'No time zone found with key UTC' And in front end am seeing this message A server error occurred. Please contact the administrator.

Looks like folks are seeing this due to a Debian packaging issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python3.9/+bug/1904271
