timezone difference causes problem with admin panel time

Description

i used custom time zone settings in django settings.py file with value of Asia/Kolkatta but when i create objects using admin time get saved in different time zone or to say default time zone as UTC instead of Asia due to that SQL querys with dates fails

Using a non-UTC timezone in the admin works for me (see Time zones for details on how time zones are handled, and related ticket #29822). I don't think you've explained the issue in enough detail to confirm a bug in Django. Please reopen the ticket if you can debug your issue and provide details about why and where Django is at fault.
