The spam filter is rejecting my actual ticket, message:
Akismet says content is spam
SpamBayes determined spam probability of 72.31%
Everyone is getting oversensitive nowadays...

And how am I supposed to know which part of the ticket should be rephrased or which keywords are banned?

I've never had a problem with submitting valid reports on trac, and you were able to submit this ticket, so maybe you're trying to include some suspicious content. Please try to rephrase your description.
