The SAP SQL Anywhere database driver for django is in abandoned status.
The last supported Django version is 1.8 and the driver has some major bug (ie. ​memory leaks) never fixed.
I think it's better to remove SAP SQL Anywhere from the official django doc as a 3rd party supported database.
