Description
After downloading gettext-utils i got this error.
also tried using django-admin.py compilemessages and still get the same error
New to django
Django version 1.7.4
Python 2.7
gettext 0.18

This doesn't look like a bug in Django. Please see TicketClosingReasons/UseSupportChannels.
