Django site redesign: selection colour too light

Description
I think the green-ish colour shown when selecting text is too light and/or too transparent. Against a white background, its difficult to see what exactly I've selected, which is surprisingly disorienting.
This text has been selected for illustrative purposes (screenshot attached).

We fixed the text selection color on the main site [1] but we still need to port over the changes to trac.
