Remove TUX from static-files and modwsgi docs

Description

As far as I can tell, the TUX in-kernel HTTP Accellerator, was an in-kernel http server that was last available on RHEL 5. It _was_ the fastest back in 2000, but was completely dead by 2008.

We may also want to consider removing lighttpd and Cherokee from the list of "common choices".

Sure, mentioning Apache and nginx seems sufficient.

We might even want to propose a CDN or dj-static, as those are becoming more common.

Let's keep it simple. Apache or nginx is the common use case for the readers of our docs. People who use modern deployment services will find appropriate solutions by themselves.
