Description
In https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/http/file-uploads/ , the FILE_UPLOAD_DIRECTORY_PERMISSIONS feature is not marked as New in 1.7. To find this out, one must click on the link to the Settings documentation page.

Acknowledged, but on the other hand, having these markers everywhere something is mentioned in the docs makes them rather unwieldy. It may be better to remove the duplicated settings information from the topic guide and simply link to the "File uploads" section of the settings reference.
