Hi, I'm Ayun Park, from South Korea.
And I found some missing of translation in django/conf/locale/ko/LC_MESSAGES/django.po.
like a
"Enter a valid IPv6 address."
Can I translate this?

In short, you need to go and sign up on https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/django/language/ko/ and ask to join the Korean team.
After that, you'll be able to complete the missing translations directly online.
