Support for database migrations is new in Django 1.7 and south is the de facto standard before that. I'm just curious if you plan to keep maintaining this project in light of those developments? (If so, why?)

Updated URL. However, I've kept the "little activity", because there have been 9 commits since 2009, 7 of which were updates to the README 4 days ago. That counts as "little activity" in my book.
