Add a warning for unsupported versions of the documentation

Description

Like the yellow warning that floats at the top of the development version of the documentation (added in
https://github.com/django/djangoproject.com/commit/50bfb57e9e4a97fd95fa1abab9a1ad8d0f89f178), I'd like to add something similar (probably in red & white) for unsupported versions of the documentation to make users aware that they are using a version that has security flaws as well as to try to ward off tickets and pull requests for these versions. The message could be something like "This document is for an insecure version of Django that is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a newer release!".
