Description
This really isn't a ticket about code but rather a question about the ticket system used on the django website (the one that I am filling out right now).
Is this made custom with django? Can something like this be easily made with django and have a solid admin backend to manage the tickets? I am wondering because I need to make a website based on a ticketing system.
Note: I already looked at django-helpdesk and I think I'd rather create my own. Also, django-helpdesk is 1.3 only.
