Description
On the Documentation for the Installation of PostgreSQL on GeoDjango (Windows): Please note that users should download and install the x86 version of PostgreSQL. The 64bit version of PostgreSQL does not have the Spatial Extensions in the Stack Builder.

Our docs already mention the fact that you must use the 32-bit version of PostgreSQL: see https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/contrib/gis/install/#windows
(This page confirms the report: http://pgfoundry.org/projects/stackbuilder There is "PostGIS (PG90 32-bit)" package, but no 64-bit version in sight.)
