The change has been introduced in [12046] but wikipedia uses the term Consular Corps (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consular_corps).

I'm going to close this wontfix - A quick web search provides enough evidence that the current naming may be appropriate given the context. I'm also relying on the fact that Ronny Haryanto has better access to local domain knowledge on this particular issue. This isn't just an issue of using the right English; it's a matter of reflecting the correct usage in Indonesian number plates.
