admin-title "Select app-name to change" is confusing
with the current change-list, one can no longer just select an entry but also delete multiple entries or do other things based on defined actions. moreover, it´s possible to change multiple entries based on list-editables.
therefore, the title "Select app-name to change" is confusing (and IMHO needs to be changed).
maybe something like "App Overview" or "App Change-List" is better concerning the given functionality ... since english is not my primary language, there may be better solutions.

Both proposals sound less explicit to me than the current wording. The primary use case of the changelist is still to find an object to edit, and it's better to have an action word. Finally, there isn't a lot of traction here, not enough to justify a change.
