Description 

Are you sure you want to delete the selected cave description objects? All of the following objects and it's related items will be deleted:

Contains "it's", a contraction for it is. It should be the possessive noun "its." A trifling mistake and yet so unprofessional!

There's also a plural/singular mismatch in that sentence which is fixed by the suggestion for #11534, so I'm going to go with that change instead.

Plus that one's patch is from the root of the source tree making it easier to apply.

Well no, that one isn't from the root either, at least it's closer.
