Description

As Marc Fargas discovered, the last spanish localization file broke the time formatting constants. I'm attaching here an updated .po file which also contains some updates by Mario Gonzale.

I could not attach the compiled .mo file because I get back an unhandled exception from Trac.

Please don't forget to compile-messages.py
