Description

Hi, since [4624] which closed #3364 install.txt recommends psycopg2 but it's not mentioned in the default settings.py

Attaching patch which adds it, just before "postgresql" as 2.x is now the recommended one.

(In [4631]) Fixed #3589: settings templates and default settings now mention psycopg2 instead of psycopg1. Thanks (again), Mark Fargas.
