Use our user support channels

You've opened a ticket in our issue tracker asking for help with an issue you are experiencing while using Django that could be more correctly described as an user support issue.

Some examples can be:

  • You are finding a problem with a third party application or Python library
  • You need help designing or implementing some feature in your site or application
  • You need help deploying your application or project
  • etc.

Unfortunately this issue tracker isn't the right channel for these kind of reports because it is exclusively devoted to serve the development of Django itself.

But don't despair! Django has a great community and there are a few options to ask peer developers for help. We invite you to use them. Find more information here
