+Applications and invoices have a one-week voting period from their initial posting to the list. If any rejections are received in that time period then the item is rejected; otherwise, if at least one approval is received in that period the item is accepted. If an item gets neither, the applicant will be notified that there was a delay and action taken so a vote can be taken (either recruiting more committee members or providing more information for a tough decision)
