If you triage many tickets on Trac you'll quickly find that there are a number of common types of tickets that need to be closed for various procedural reasons (duplicate, usage question, invalid, etc.). However, in order to provide the friendliest possible experience to new users it's nice to provide a detailed explanation of why their ticket was closed. Here are some suggested responses to various types of tickets.
