8		2) I'm unclear how keeping the outdated placeholder check would actually help prevent submissions from AI models trained on outdated information. Mainly thinking wouldn't AI models still use the same updated templates that a human a uses (since it's part of the GitHub flow) in which case the check isn't really helping anything? I still did what was discussed for the PR (kept the check and and edited the comment) because I don't fully understand and therefore want to defer to folks who might know more, but just voicing the thought here.
