    1 Just to be clear, I am not talking about the MAIN index page, I am talking about the APP index page. The APP index page definitely looks like it's still meant to include breadcrumbs ([https://github.com/django/django/blob/4.2/django/contrib/admin/templates/admin/app_index.html#L7-L15 source]), but it doesn't work anymore because of the way the "breadcrumbs" block was changed to include a `<nav>` element.
