    99I'm using the latest dev version of Django (as of a couple days ago) with StatLoader. Don't see anything in the logs that stand out other than a bajillion checks right after `Apps ready_event triggered. Sending autoreload_started signal.`

     11EDIT: Probably too early to state anything too definitive, but installed pywatchman + watchman (the Windows beta build) and I no longer see the abnormal CPU usage. Back at 0% without --noreload
