Description
Hello,
My language settings are "English" for google products, and search results in both "English" and "French". See here : https://i.imgur.com/LjbSSCJ.png
When I make Django-related queries in the Google search engine, I receive search results such as this one :

Not that the displayed URL is "/en/" though the title and description are in French. I don't know if this is an issue on the Django docs side, or on how Google handles canonical urls. However, the "/en/" page definitely does not contain any words of French in its source.
