Description
code.google.com has gone read-only, so projects should have moved elsewhere. We should update any links to code.google.com in django/, tests/, and docs/.

Moving to "Someday" since we need to wait for projects to move their documentation before making the remaining updates.

Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
Some packages have not completed their transition to another service yet. For example, mod_wsgi has set up a readthedoc site but most of the pages redirect to code.google.com for the moment... This is problematic for replacing the (1) by (2), since we lost a bit of information (the specific paragraph pointed).
We can update some of the links and keep this ticket open for a future commit... Any thoughts?
