Impossible to get archive with docs by url http://docs.djangoproject.com/m/docs/django-docs-1.8-en.zip - file is size of 22 byte
also similar situation with dev branch

I can confirm this. The zip folder expands into another zip folder, which expands into the previous zip folder ad infinitum.
